While every participant's journey is unique, a 7-day gathering generally follows a natural energetic wave—moving from initial grounding and community building to deep emotional exploration, and finally to integration and celebration.

Days 1 & 2: Arrival, Opening & Establishing Safe Containers

The journey begins with opening circles, community bonding, and foundational workshops. This is where boundaries are established, consent guidelines are shared, and participants settle into the serene Mallorca venue.

Days 3 & 5: Deep Immersion, Breathwork & Somatic Release
